Synopsis
When Daniel Boland was born in 1791 in Cork, his father, Patrick, was 39 and his mother, Bridget, was 29. He had one son with Mary Cummins, Joseph Henry Boland in 1820. He died in 1860 in Yass, New South Wales, at the age of 69.
Both convicts, Daniel and his son Joseph were sentenced for 14 years for sheep stealing in Cork, Ireland and sent on the Norfolk (3) vessel to Australia on 1832. Joseph married Margaret Reynolds who was another convict!
